I had issues with a different company and their courier but after a quick email to naturo I had made my first order and I have to sale it was a pleasant experience. The dog food arrived in a few days. My dog is a bit fussy but loved it when he was first introduced to the new kibble. No issues with changing to naturo over the course of a week or so.
